The Glass City Marathon is coming up on Sunday, April 26, and we have a great opportunity to show support for the runners while also putting F3 Toledo in front of a massive audience of people who love fitness and challenge.

We are looking for men to come out, bring the energy, cheer on participants, and help us connect with a community that naturally aligns with the mission of F3.

If you are free on Sunday, April 26, come out and join us. Let’s encourage the runners and make the most of this opportunity to share F3 with a wider audience.

We are heading back Downtown for Coffee Ruck 4, and this one should be a good one.

The plan is to hit 5 coffee stops across 6 miles, making for a Saturday morning full of miles, caffeine, and fellowship. This is not just about coffee. It is about getting outside, moving together, enjoying the city, and spending time with the men.

If you have never been to a Coffee Ruck, this is a great one to jump into. It is relaxed, fun, and a perfect blend of challenge and connection.

Join us as we celebrate 9 years of F3 Toledo with a special Convergence. This will be a traditional station-style beatdown and a chance for us to come together and celebrate all we have done over the past year.

Stick around after for 2nd F in the parking lot and take time to celebrate the brotherhood, growth, and impact of F3 Toledo.

Come out for the Scavenger Hunt Ruck and meet your team for an afternoon of competition, strategy, and fun. You will work through a long list of items to score as many points as possible for your team.

Expect teamwork, laughs, movement, and plenty of chances to prove your squad has what it takes.

Winning team gets a new car... or something like that.

We have the opportunity to serve concessions at the Mud Hens on Sunday, May 24 as one of our annual fundraisers for Aurora House.

Aurora House helps women and children in need, and this is always a fun day serving alongside your F3 brothers and M’s. 2.0s are welcome as well, but they must be age 15 or older.
