JULY CHALLENGE
Q: Battle Bot
To celebrate the 250th birthday of our country, F3 Toledo is taking on a month-long challenge.
Every day, at every AO, all month long, the Q must incorporate 250 total reps into the beatdown:
50 American Hammers
50 Side Straddle Hops
50 Merkins
50 Squats
50 Mike Tysons
The goal is simple: show up, put in the work, and celebrate with strength, consistency, and brotherhood.

AUGUST CHALLENGE
Q: Battle Bot
August is all about consistency.
For 30 days in August (which means you get one free day), complete one of the following each day:
Ruck 3 miles
Run 3 miles
Bike 3 miles
The challenge is simple: pick your movement, put in the miles, and stay after it all month long. Whether you are logging miles solo or with the Pax, this is a great way to build discipline, stay active, and push one another to finish strong.
